2022 - Present

Executive Director

Turn the Mill Around Campaign

Broad Run, Va

I was hired as a Digital Humanities Archivist to lead an $8,000 PATH Foundation-funded digitization project, I designed a publicly accessible archive of over 2,000 artifacts. After the project's success, I was promoted to Executive Director, where I now work closely with the Board of Directors and community stakeholders to drive preservation initiatives and fundraising efforts.

2024 - 2024

Writing and Editorial Specialist

Toffler Associates

Arlington, VA

I was contracted to support the launch of a federal agency’s new employee wellness program. I drafted standard operating procedures and policy documents to establish best practices and define program scope. I designed an online orientation course for a peer-to-peer support initiative, using industry-leading tools to translate complex wellness concepts into an accessible format. Additionally, I advised on the Evaluation Strategy Framework which established a holistic, iterative approach to program improvement.

2021 - 2022

Graduate Teaching Assistant

University of Virginia

Charlottesville, VA

I was recruited by department faculty to support undergraduate pedagogy, serving as the primary mentor and trainer for over 200 Media Studies students. I led discussion sessions that encouraged meaningful engagement with course concepts and provided detailed feedback on written assignments to ensure clarity and conciseness in final submissions.

2021 - 2021

Digital Communications Intern

Center for Clean Air Policy

Washington, DC

I was selected for a competitive internship, where I led the management of non-profit social media channels, publishing 40+ pieces of content to drive engagement in climate activism spaces. I edited monthly investigative reports and designed visualizations for stakeholder presentations. Furthermore, I led the development of a new website, collaborating with executive leadership  to enhance CCAP’s climate advocacy.

2019 - 2020

Social Media Coordinator

Eat the Capital 

Washington, DC

Originally hired as an Account Executive, I was promoted to Social Media Coordinator. I oversaw social media marketing content for ~30 client accounts, aligning brand messaging to boost engagement and increase client growth by up to 60%. I leveraged project management and interpersonal communication skills to lead a team of 10 Account Managers to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.

2018 - 2019

Digital Media Manager

Gryphon Media Strategies

Upperville, VA

As Digital Media Manager, I partnered with client stakeholders to produce engaging digital content that enhanced live events. To support these efforts, I created eye-catching visual assets using digital photography and Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring each piece aligned with the client's voice and event goals.

2017 - 2018

Audio Visual Manager

I was promoted from Operations Assistant to manage, train, and supervise a team of 15 Audio Visual staff members. I oversaw the on-site setup and operation of sound, lighting, visual, and event-related equipment for university and community events. I provided troubleshooting and repair for A/V equipment as needed.
